The profiles printed in Corten have the upper edge folded for greater safety and thanks to its great flexibility it is possible to create or delimit areas with any shape.

COR-TEN steel is a special high-strength self-passivating alloy containing copper-chromium-phosphorus which, as the name indicates, has remarkable resistance to corrosion (COR-rosion) and tensile strength (TEN) -sile). In fact, the resistance to attack by atmospheric agents is five to eight times higher than that of a common carbon steel.

Characteristic of CORTEN is the natural oxidation in contact with air: the "rust" finish stops in 18-36 months after causing a slight decrease in thickness, forming a uniform and resistant patina that prevents the progressive spread of corrosion remaining unchanged for decades and significantly reducing periodic maintenance operations. It is a natural, ecological, 100% recyclable material. The pleasant brown color, which varies in shades over the years and with the external environment, gives the product uniqueness and exclusivity, testifies to the wide use in architecture for buildings, sculptures and monuments, industrial applications, scaffolding, bridges, guardrails ...

Corten borders are easy to install.

Assembly instructions:

Overlap the shaped heads of the bands by inserting them from the flat part with the holes.

Secure with rivets and / or screws (Ø 3.5 copper rivet recommended). In the version with pegs insert the single peg into the slot and sink it into the ground. In the "overlap" for the joint, the length of the bands decreases by 3 cm.
