The valve Weathermatic series 12024 presents superior quality materials, covers with four bolts, one vent manual spools, a cone of impact to reduce the water hammer and a revolutionary, counter-flow design that prevents failure of the valve to the open position.
Excellent for micro-irrigation as valve will operate at a low value of 1 GPH.
The exclusive design of porting "reverse-flow" allows for a uniform distribution of the pressure on both sides of the diaphragm, regardless of line pressure providing zero stress to prevent "stretching," a common cause of failure of the valve.
